We make no claim of access to confidential airline materials or proprietary assessment content owned by third parties.

By accessing or using FlightDeckIQ at app.flightdeckiq.com (the "App") or flightdeckiq.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FlightDeckIQ. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or breach these Terms.
FlightDeckIQ offers one-time payment plans (Full Suite). Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a plan, you authorise Paddle to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.
All plans are one-time payments — you will not be billed on a recurring basis. Access is valid for the duration of your selection process, subject to a 12-month maximum from the date of purchase.
Where a free trial is offered, you can access the platform at no charge for the duration of the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, you will be charged the applicable plan price at the end of the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. One free trial per person. We reserve the right to detect and prevent trial abuse.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the platform content. We do not offer refunds after 14 days or where significant content has been accessed.
FlightDeckIQ is a preparatory tool. Use of this platform does not guarantee an interview invitation, job offer, or success in any airline selection process. Recruitment decisions remain entirely at the discretion of the respective airline or employer. Results vary by individual.
We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current. However, airline recruitment processes change frequently and without notice. FlightDeckIQ content is provided on an "as-is" basis and is independently developed — it does not represent the official materials of any airline or assessment provider. We are not liable for discrepancies between platform content and actual interview or assessment experiences.
All content on FlightDeckIQ — including question banks, guides, assessments, and AI tools — is owned by or licensed to FlightDeckIQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share platform content without our written consent. Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Some features (including mock interview feedback and answer grading) use AI. AI-generated responses are for guidance only. They may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightDeckIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of opportunity, loss of income, or failure to secure employment. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless we elect to resolve a dispute through binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where possible.
