If you signed up with a free trial, your card is captured at sign-up but not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged. No refund request is necessary — simply cancel before the trial expires.
To cancel your trial, email support@flightdeckiq.com with the subject line "Cancel Trial" before your trial end date.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Upgrade payments between plans are non-refundable once processed. Your original Full Suite payment remains subject to the standard 14-day refund window from its original purchase date.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform, contact us at support@flightdeckiq.com before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve a verified technical issue within 5 business days, a full refund will be issued regardless of the standard refund window.
