FlightDeckIQ is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline or assessment provider.
If you signed up with a free trial, you can access the platform at no charge for the duration of the trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. No refund request is necessary — simply cancel before the trial expires.
To cancel your trial, email support@flightdeckiq.com with the subject line "Cancel Trial" before your trial end date.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Upgrade payments between plans are non-refundable once processed. Your original Full Suite payment remains subject to the standard 14-day refund window from its original purchase date.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform, contact us at support@flightdeckiq.com before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve a verified technical issue within 5 business days, a full refund will be issued regardless of the standard refund window.
